Unified QA
Terms and Conditions
The agreement governing use of Unified QA. Last updated: July 29, 2026.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Unified QA (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Unified QA provides software for test management, automated and manual testing, API/performance/security testing, browser and device execution, analytics, marketplace extensions, and AI-assisted quality workflows. Features may vary by plan and configuration.
3. Accounts and tenants
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, configuring SSO/MFA appropriately, and ensuring that users in your tenant comply with these Terms. You must keep account information accurate and promptly revoke access for departing users.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of code, tests, artifacts, and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service, including running workers, storing artifacts, and executing AI jobs you initiate.
You represent that you have the rights to submit Customer Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass tenant isolation, authentication, or rate limits
- Use the Service to attack systems you do not own or lack permission to test
- Upload malware, or probe the Platform itself without authorization
- Resell the Service or scrape non-public interfaces except via documented APIs within quota
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-reviewed when policy requires review
6. AI features
AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing generated tests, fixes, and security suggestions before production use. Model providers process prompts under their terms when enabled by your configuration.
7. Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at checkout or in an order form. Usage-based meters (runs, farm minutes, AI jobs) may apply. Taxes may be added where required. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, documentation, and branding are owned by Unified QA and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights except the limited right to use the Service during your subscription.
9. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Recipients must protect it with reasonable care and use it only for purposes allowed under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if uncured within a reasonable period after notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We will make Customer Content available for export for a limited period where reasonably practicable, then delete or anonymize it per our retention practices.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires additional consent.
