Unified QA
Frequently asked questions
Short answers about the product, AI, cloud execution, and security model.
What is Unified QA?+
Unified QA is an AI-powered quality platform that combines test management, automation, API testing, performance and security testing, browser/device farms, analytics, and an evidence-aware AI assistant in one workspace.
Who is it for?+
QA engineers, SDETs, developers, security engineers, and engineering leaders who need a single system for planning, executing, and analyzing quality across web, API, and mobile.
How do I create an account?+
Open Create workspace (/signup), choose a tenant ID, email, and password. Then sign in from /login. OAuth providers work when their client credentials are configured in environment variables.
Does the AI read my source code and logs?+
Yes, when you grant permission. The AI orchestrator only ingests tenant-scoped artifacts you authorize, redacts secrets before model calls, and stores an audit trail of invocations and outputs.
Can I run tests in the cloud?+
Yes. Browser Cloud and Device Farm schedule parallel sessions across browsers and mobile targets. Artifacts (screenshots, videos, HAR, logs) are stored and linked to each run.
Which frameworks are supported?+
Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, Robot Framework, Appium, plus JUnit, Pytest, PHPUnit, NUnit, and xUnit orchestration paths. API collections support REST, GraphQL, SOAP, gRPC, and WebSocket.
Is my data isolated from other customers?+
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant. Requests carry tenant context; authorization and database row-level security enforce isolation between organizations.
